The estimated cost of said work, including incidental expenses, <br /> is the sum of $3989.00 <br /> Section 2. That all the said work shall be constructed at the <br /> grades, along the lines, between the points, of the dimensions, at the <br /> places and in the manner shown on the plans for the said work, designated <br /> "Plan Pao. 2228', and in accordance with the specifications for said work <br /> which are designa:.ed "Specifications N . 552 ". Sa.id plans and specifica- <br /> tions have heretofore been approved by the City Council of the City of <br /> Colton and are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Colton in the City Hall in said City of Colton, and reference is hereby <br /> made to said plans and specifications for the itll and detailed descrip- <br /> tion of said proposed work and for a description of the grades at which <br /> said work is to be done. <br /> Section 3. That in the opinion of the City Council the said <br /> contemplated work is of more than local or ordinary public benefit and <br /> this City Council hereby makes the expense of said work chargeable upon <br /> a district, that said district includes only land within the City of <br /> Colton, which district this City Council hereby declares to be the <br /> district benefited by the said work and to be assessed to pay the cost <br /> and eTense thereof. For a description of said district reference is <br /> hereby made to a plat or map of said district heretofore approved by <br /> this City Council on file in the office of the said City Clerk and <br /> designated "'lap of Proposed Assessment District No. 552", which map or <br /> plat indicates by a boundary line the extent o." the territory included <br /> in the said proposed district and shall govern for all details as to the <br /> extent of said assessment district. <br /> Section That serial bonds 'iearin. interest a':, the rate of <br /> six per cent (b' ) per annum shall be issued to represent each assessment <br /> of fifty dollars ( SC) or over remaining unpaid for thirty (30) days <br />
