1 RESOLUTION NO, 2467 2 RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF COLTON OF 3 UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESCRIBED HERE- IN AND DESIGNATED "EAST COLTON ANNEXA- 4 TION NO. 21" AND GIVING NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF PROTESTS 5 THERETO. 6 BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 7 COLTON. 8 Section 1. That, pursuant to the provisions of the Annexation of 9 Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939 (Special procedure under Section 35310.1 101 Government Code) a petition signed by the owner of all of the land in the here.. I 111 inafter described territory was filed with the City of Colton requesting 12 annexation of the following described territory to the City of Colton, 13 Section 2,. That the Territory which the petitioner is proposing to 14 annex to the City of Colton is situate in the County of San Bernardino, State 15 of California, hereby designated "East Colton No. 21" and described as 16 follows: 17 That portion of Lot 2, Colton Terrace Citrus Tract, as per plat recorded in Book 1 of Records of Survey, Page 30, also Book 1 18 of Records of Survey, Page 72, Official Records of San Bernar- 19 dino County, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the centerline of a strip of land 88 feet wide, lying 20 44 feet on each side of a centerline described in a deed granted to San Bernardino County, recorded in Book 5893, Pages 828 21 and 829, recorded April 22, 1963, with the northerly prolonga- tion of the west line of Tract 1938, as per plat thereof recorded 22 in Book 28 of Maps, Page 24, Official Records of said County; 23 thence south along said west line of Tract 1938 to an intersection with the present corporate boundaries of the City of Colton;thence 24 north 47 degrees, 37 minutes west, 148. 54 feet more or less; thence north 39 degrees, 37 minutes west, 386.47 feet more or 25 less; thence north 89 degrees, 52 minutes west, 105,47 feet; thence north 44 degrees, 56 minutes west to an, intersection with 26 the north line of said Lot 2; thence east along said north line to the Point of Beginning. That the County Boundary Commission of San Bernardino 28 County, California, did in session duly assembled on December 10, 1963, 29 consider the proposed annexation boundaries of said'East Colton Annexation 30 No„ 21", as above described, and as submitted to said Commission by the pro- 31 ponents of said annexation and that the Local Agency Formation Commission 32 of San Bernardino County, California, did in session duly assembled on
