it 1 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2550 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON CONSENTING TO THE DETACH- 3 PENT FROM THE CITY OF COLTON A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND AD JACENT TO THE NORTH 4 EAST SECTOR OF THE COLTON INTERCHANGE AND CONSENTING THAT THE SAME BE ANNEXED 5 TO THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO. 6 ; WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Council of the City of 7 Colton a written request and consent to the detachment from the City of 8 Colton by the owners of all the real property within that certain area described 9 , as follows: 10 1 That portion of Lot 2 of Block 5h, RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, Records of the 11 County Recorder of San Bernardino County, State of California, described as follows: 12 Beginning at a point on the present corporate limits of the City 13 of Colton, said point being on a line that is parallel with and 4.95 feet North of the South line of said Lot 2 and South 81°001 14 03n East, 1364 feet from the West line of said Lot 2; thence along said Colton City Limit line the following courses, North 08° 15 59t 57" East along a line that is perpendicular to the Northerly right of way line of State Highway No. 26 (Highway No. 99) to 1 6 I a point, distant 60.69 feet Southerly of the North line of the j South 660 feet of said Lot 2; thence North 814° 581 35" West, a 17 ' distance of 51.58 feet; thence North 82° 011 18" West, a dis- tance of 93.38 feet; thence leaving said Colton City Limit line 181 South 280 331 26n East, along the right of way line of said High- t 9 High- way No. 26, a distance of 61.61 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left, concave Northeasterly, having a radius of 300 feet; thence Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle 20 of 210 331 35", a distance of 112.89 feet; thence South 50° 071 01" East, a distance of 151.78 feet; thence South 79° 101 38" 21 East, a distance of 412.37 feet; thence South 85° 251 23" East, a distance of 300.25 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left, 22 concave Northerly having a radius of 2500 feet; thence Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 07° 014' 13", a dis- 2 3i tance of 308.50 feet to a point on said Colton City Limit Line; thence along said Colton City Limit Line the following courses, 2 Northwesterly, a distance of 3141 feet, more or less, to an angle point; thence North 78° 051 50" West, a distance of 552.55 feet; 25 thence South 08° 591 57" West, a distance of 112.61 feet to an intersection with said parallel line that is 495 feet North of the 261 South line of said Lot 2; thence South 89° 421 57" West along said parallel line to the point of beginning. 27 WHEREAS, the agreement heretofore made and entered into by and 28r ' between the City of Colton and the City of San Bernardino for the alteration 29 land adjustment of boundary lines when necessary for the proper development 30 of areas adjacent to said boundary line as established by mutual consent of 31 said Cities; 32
