11I; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 2 Colton that consent is hereby given by saiu w..ty to the detachment of the 3 following described territory now within the City of Colton, to wit: 4 That portion of Lot 2 of Block 54, RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, Records of the 5 County Recorder of San Bernardino County, State of California, described as follows: 6 Beginning at a point on the present corporate limits of the City 7 of Colton, said point being on a line that is parallel with and 495 feet North of the South line of said Lot 2 and South 81° 00' 8 03n East, 13614 feet from the West line of said Lot 2; thence along said Colton City Limit Line the following courses, North 08° 9 59' 57" East along a line that is perpendicular to the Northerly right of way line of State Highway No. 26 (Highway No. 99) to 10 a point, distant 60.69 feet Southerly of the North line of the South 660 feet of said Lot 2; thence North 84° 58' 35n West a 11 distance of 51.58 feet; thence North 82° 01' 18" West, a dis- tance of 93.38 feet; thence leaving said Colton City Limit line 12 South 28° 33t 26" East, along the right of way line of said High- way No. 26, a distance of 61.61 feet to the beginning of a curve 13 to the left, concave Northeasterly, having a radius of 300 feet; thence Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle 14 of 21° 331 35", a distance of 112.89 feet; thence South 50° 071 01" East, a distance of 151.78 feet; thence South ?9° 10' 38n 15 East, a distance of 412.37 feet; thence South 85° 25' 23" East, a distance of 300.25 feet to the beginning g� ng of a curve to the left, 16 concave Northerly having a radius of 2500 feet; thence Easterly along oaid0 c.ur5v ftherouoapointt rng sangid °C i1y Limi t aL idnie- ;17 Colton thence along said Colton City Limit Line the following courses, 18 !
