ATTACHMENT A <br />M&V Implementation Plan: <br />Calculations based on EPA Green Lights Typical Lighting Performance Values or <br />similar guidelines. Colton Public Utilities Energy Services Division will conduct <br />M&V activities. Costs for evaluation will be part of program funded by SCPPA. <br />M&V Key Elements: <br />-� Determination of Baseline Power Usage: <br />Baseline determination will be developed using EPA Green Lights Typical Lighting <br />Performance Values or similar guidelines. <br />Methodology for Calculating kW Savings: <br />Power savings determination will also be developed using EPA Green Lights Typical <br />Lighting Performance Values or similar guidelines. <br />Schedule for Implementation of M&V: <br />M&V reports will be submitted on a quarterly basis. <br />SCHEDULE: <br />June 2001 -- Letters prepared and mailed. Program begins. <br />July 2001 --- 50% Goal. More outreach planned if not on schedule. <br />September 2001 --- 2001 program ends. Plans for next year. <br />,:I <br />
