3. (a) That 30 days (or as close to that time as possible) after the mailing of bills, notices must be mailed for payment of un- paid accounts, such notice to provide for a five (5) day grace period for payment, after such time all unpaid accounts will be considered delinquent. (b) That service to delinquent accounts may be discontinued with- out further notice. (c) That water service to delinquent accounts may be discontinued without further notice, however, in accordance with the legal opinion furnished to the City of Colton, such discontinuance will not be made in less than forty-five (45) days from the date of bill. 4. Disconnect Charge. (a) That a disconnect service charge of $2. 50 must be paid to the City of Colton bef ore disconnected service will be restored. Such service will be reconnected only if full payment is made or if satisfactory arrangement for payment has been made with the Finance Department. (b) A charge of $2. 50 will be made as a maximum charge for reconnection for water and a like amount ($2. 50) for reconnection for electric service. All Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and Resolution No.. 2517 is hereby declared in full force and effect from and after the 17th day of November, 1964.
