1 Section 6. Rescinding Prior Resolutions. The City Council hereby rescinds <br /> 2 <br /> any and all previous resolutions or portions thereof to the extent that they conflict with <br /> 3 <br /> 4 this Resolution and the revised Records Retention Schedule adopted herein. <br /> 5 <br /> Section 7. Certification. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this <br /> 6 <br /> 7 Resolution. <br /> 8 <br /> Section 8. Effective Date.
