A permit is hereby granted to Southern Pacific Company, <br /> 16 a corporation, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain and <br /> 17 operate standard gauge main line tracks at separated grades across Olive <br /> 18 and "C" Streets as hereinabove more particularly described. <br /> 19 Section 2 This permit is specifically made subject to, and conditioned <br /> 20 <br /> upon, the approval of the City Engineer as to the agreed upon detailed plans <br /> 21 <br /> and specifications relating to said grade separations . <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Section 3 . The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br /> 24 Resolution and, thereupon, the same shall take effect and be in force. <br /> 25 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by <br /> 26 the City Council of the City of Colton at an adjourned regular meeting thereof <br /> 27 held on the 30th day of November, 19 65 , by the following vote, to wit: <br /> 28 <br /> AYES: Councilmen Coltrin, Holtzendorff, Spragins , Oliva <br /> 29 <br /> NOES: Councilman Kaney <br /> 30 <br /> ABSENT: Councilmen None <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
