The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council adopt the <br />proposed resolution amending the zoning designation of the Subject Site from BP (Business <br />Park) to IP (Industrial Park). A copy of the proposed ordinance is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" <br />and is incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 4. The Planning Commission, in accordance with the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA), the City of Colton implementing procedures for CEQA and the State <br />CEQA Guidelines, hereby determines that the recommendation and adoption of the proposed <br />resolution and ordinance will not have a significant impact on the environment and a Negative <br />Declaration has been prepared. The Planning Commission hereby recommends adoption of the <br />Negative Declaration. <br />Section 5.
