Based on the entire record before the City Council, all written and oral evidence presented to the City Council, and the findings set forth in this Ordinance, the City Council of the City of Colton hereby designates the Subject Site as within the I -P (Industrial Park) zoning district as defined in Title 18, Chapter 26 of the Colton Municipal Code. SECTION 2. Based on the entire record before the City Council and all written and oral evidence presented, the City Council finds the Zone Change is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Colton because designation of the Subject Site within the Z ' ' I -P (Industrial Park) zoning district provides for land uses compatible with the proposed 20 "Industrial" land use classification for the Subject Site, adopted pursuant to Ordinance No. 0- 21 14-92. 22 23 SECTION 3. Based on the entire record before the City Council and all 24 written and oral evidence presented, the City Council finds the Zone Change is consistent 25 with the City of Colton General Plan ("General Plan"), and will systematically implement the 26 goals and objectives of the General Plan. Moreover, the City Council hereby makes the 27 following specific findings in accordance with Section 18.58.05 of the Colton Municipal 28 -2-
