FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Recovery of the actual costs incurred by the City to process the permit applications <br />described in this report would be a beneficial impact to the City. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) adopt the proposed ordinance amending <br />Chapters 5.20 and 5.24 of the Colton Municipal Code to provide that the amount of <br />permit application fees for massage permits and pawnbroker permits be established by <br />resolution; and, 2) adopt the proposed resolution establishing fees pertaining to permit <br />applications for various activities. <br />Report Prepared by: Sonia R.
