li 1 <br /> 1 RESOLUTION NO . 2 614 <br /> 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF COLTON ESTABLISHING A MINIMUM <br /> 3 CHARGE FOR THE WITHDRAWAL OF WATER <br /> FROM PUBLIC FIRE HYDRANTS. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton that <br /> 6 Resolution No. 2271 adopted on the 15th day of May, 1962 , fixing meter <br /> 7 <br /> deposits for fire hydrant meters shall be amended in paragraphs III and IV <br /> 8 <br /> 9 <br /> to read: <br /> 10 i III. The said application shall be accompanied with payment of <br /> 11 a meter deposit of $25 .00. <br /> 12 IV. A minimum charge of $5 . 00 per month or any portion thereof from <br /> 13 date of application shall be charged for water used from said public fire <br /> 14 <br /> hydrant. Water charges shall be at the rate of $0 . 18 per hundred cubic feet, <br /> 15 <br /> and the aforesaid deposit shall be applied to the cost thereof, and any balance <br /> 16 <br /> 17 due and owing shall be paid to the City of Colton upon demand therefor to- <br /> r 18 gether with the costs of any damage caused directly or indirectly by said user <br /> 19 in such withdrawal or taking.
