Staff recommends approval of the installation of stop signs on La Cadena Drive at "E" Street from <br />the north and south to improve the visibility of that intersection and create a safer traffic condition <br />than currently exists. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />This action will require the installation of two stop signs and two advance warning signs. The <br />material cost for these installations will cost approximately $1,000.00. These funds are available <br />within account number 457-6625-6700-3890. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The adoption of the proposed Resolution is exempt from the requirements of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA <br />Guidelines.
