ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: <br />International Pavement Solutions, Inc. completed the project satisfactorily, in the total amount of <br />$382,814.99. This amount was higher than the contract amount of $290,884.72 as a result of the <br />requested Change Order requested by the City in the amount of $91,930.27 (31% of contract <br />amount) and listed on attached Exhibit "A". The Change Order included installation of three (3) <br />10" thick concrete bus pad with steel reinforcement, removal and replacement of asphalt along <br />Valley Blvd. due to truck traffic, additional 2" thick grind and asphalt overlay at Mt.
