1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. -?J3-G y <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />2005/2006 AND INCREASING THE CIP BUDGET TO INCLUDE THE LA CADENA <br />IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT AND PEPPER AND VALLEY IMRPOVEMENTS PROJECT <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $144,904. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO <br />HEREBY RESOLVE that the La Cadena Improvements Project and the Pepper and Valley <br />Improvements Project be budgeted for as follows: <br />To appropriated Prop. 42 funds for the La Cadena Improvements Project: <br />1) Increase account 212-8102-450 by $50,000 <br />2) hicrease account 450-8101-212 by $50,000 <br />3) Increase account 450-0632-6910-3890 by $50,000 <br />To appropriate Prop. 42 funds for the Pepper and Valley Improvements Project: <br />1) Increase account 212-8102-450 by $94,904 <br />2) Increase account 450-8101-212 by $94,904 <br />3) Increase account 450-0633-6910-3890 by $94,904 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 21" DAY OF MARCH 2006. <br />DEIRDRE H.
