Smith took a moment to introduced the City of Colton's new Police Chief,Anthony Vega to the council and to the community. Mayor Navarro recognized and welcomed Police Chief Anthony Vega. The Deputy City Clerk Vargas submitted the Notice of Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk's Office) and reported that 11 objections were received by the City Clerk's Office via mail and hand delivery.
