1 Code of the State of California . Said bonds shall have redemption <br /> 2 provisions for a premium of five per cent (5/) of the unpaid <br /> 3 principal pursuant to Section 6464 of the Streets and Highways <br /> 4 Code. <br /> 5 Section 4. That said work and all proceedings therefor <br /> 6 shall be done and performed under and in accordance with said <br /> 7 Improvement Act of 1911. <br /> 8 Section 5 . That the City Clerk of said City is hereby <br /> 9 directed to post conspicuously for five (5) days on or near <br /> 10 the chamber door of this City Council, in the manner and form <br /> 11 required by law, notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for <br /> 12 doing said work ordered hereby, and said City Clerk is hereby <br /> 13 directed to publish TWICE in the COLTON COURIER, a newspaper of <br /> 14 general circulation published and circulated in said City, notice <br /> 15 inviting such sealed proposals or bids for doing said work and <br /> 16 referring to the specifications on file in the office of said <br /> 17 City Clerk, and said notices shall contain the matters and things <br /> • 18 required by law. The time fixed for the opening of bids shall <br /> 19 be 7: 30 o 'clock P.M.
