ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are exempt under Section 15301(c) of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />This Project had available funding totaling $579,000.00, budgeted in the following accounts: <br />CDBG Grant <br />Measure I <br />$329,000 Acct. #215-0603-6920-3890 <br />$250,000 Acct. #450-0616-6970-3890. <br />The $329,000 allocated for this project is reimbursable to the County of San Bernardino's <br />Department of Community Development and Housing (CDH), which oversees Community <br />Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council authorize the execution and recordation of the Notice of <br />Completion for the South Colton Street Improvement Project (CDBG Project #104-31205/2766). <br />Attachments: Notice of Completion <br />Exhibit A — Project Photo <br />Report prepared by Victor Ortiz — Public Services/Engineering <br />REVIEW TEA NL ' <br />City Attorney: 00P Finance Director: <br />City Manager: OTHER: <br />
