Staff recommends approval of the installation of the traffic control devices on La Cadena Drive at <br />Barton Road from the north and south to improve the traffic conditions that currently exist. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />This action will require the installation of two stop signs and the two advance warning signs. The <br />material cost for those installations will cost approximately $1,000.00. Funds are available within <br />account number 457-6625-6700-3890. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />This action is statutorily and categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15282 0) and 15301 (c). Placement of the stop signs will increase <br />traffic safety and relieve some traffic congestion.
