Notice of Exemption was filed to County of San Bernardino <br />on August 8, 2006. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />None. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />This project has the following funding available: <br />• 3-5 Comprehensive Storm Drain Street Rehabilitation Project (CDBG project #104- <br />29124/2571) <br />o Account No. 215-0710-6920-3890 <br />o Project Budget - $452,600.00 <br />• Mt. Vernon Avenue Rehabilitation <br />o Account No. 450-0709-6970-3890 <br />o Measure I Funding - $300,000.00 <br />Total Funding = $752,600.00 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council: <br />1. Authorize the request to solicit bids for CDBG Project 4104-29124/2571-3-5 <br />Comprehensive Storm Drain Street Rehabilitation Project and Mt. Vernon Avenue <br />Rehabilitation Project. <br />2.
