R-118-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CH') FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 06-07, TO INCLUDE THE 3-5 COMPREHENSIVE STORM DRAIN STREET <br />REHABILITATION PROJECT (CDBG PROJECT 104-29124/2571) THEREBY INCREASING <br />THE CH' BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $452,600. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO <br />HEREBY RESOLVE that CIP 3-5 Comprehensive Storm Drain Street Rehabilitation Project <br />be budgeted as follows: <br />• Increase account number 225-5880 by $452,600 <br />• Increase account number 225-8102-215 by $452,600 <br />• Increase account number 215-8101-225 by $452,600 <br />• Increase account number 215-0710-6920-3890 by $452,600 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 15th DAY OF AUGUST 2006. <br />DEIRDRE H.
