The cost <br />impact of Change Order No. 1 to the Project will be an increase of $287,348.10. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are Exempt under Section 15303 (d) of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />Exact Business Name: Harris Construction Engineering, Inc. <br />President or equal: Gregory John Harris <br />Contact or representative: Gregory John Harris/Emmett John Harris <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The current Project's construction budget, $2,268,963, cannot absorb the change order, however <br />the funds can be transferred from funding available in City Development Fees.
