Currently the Project's construction phase was budgeted as follows: Account No Current Budget • 754-6632-6850-3890 $8715963.00 • 450-6632-6985-3890 $616,000.00 • 450-6632-6980-3890 $5765000.00 • 450-6632-6987-3890 $2055000.00 Total $2,268,963.00 Staff requests that City Development Fees in the amount of $150,000 be made available in account 754-6632-6850-3890, increasing the Project's construction budget to $2,418,963. RECOMMENDATION: Staff respectfully recommends that the City Council: • Approve resolution increasing the Fiscal Year 2006/2007 Capital Improvement Program's construction budget by $150,000. • Approve the award Change Order No. 1 for Comprehensive Storm Drain Project — Phase III in the amount of $287,348.10 bringing the total amount of project to $2,306,759.10.
