Arrived late CM Suchil and De La Rosa and Mayor Bennett absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A through C. <br />CLOSED SESSION.- <br />A. <br />ESSION:A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(b) <br />Number of cases: 1 <br />(Hugo Neu-Proler appeal of CUP revision) <br />C.
