Barrera, City Clerk <br />and assumed her place at the dais. <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />AUGUST 15, 2006. <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Mitchell asked the members present if there were any agenda items that <br />were a conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />y Recognition Police Chief Rulon provided a PowerPoint presentation of the Colton <br />Police Mobile Command Post followed by a presentation to Congressman <br />Joe Baca, Sr. to acknowledge his efforts in acquiring the funding support. <br />y Recognition CM Hernandez recognized the Carl Rimbaugh Girls Softball Teams ( 12 <br />& Under and 10 & Under), certificates were presented by CM De La Rosa <br />and Chastain. <br />2006 AUGUST 15 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 2 - <br />
