This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider Adoption Of An Ordinance Of The City Council <br />Of The City Of Colton To Amend The Traffic Impact Fees Described In Exhibit "A" And Exhibit <br />"B" Of Ordinance No. 0-02-00, Adopted By The City Of Colton On March 21, 2000 <br />Adoption Of A Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Colton Adopting The San <br />Bernardino Association Of Governments (Sanbag) Development Mitigation Nexus Study And <br />Adopting Traffic Mitigation Fees To Fund Regional Transportation Improvements <br />Mayor Bennett declared the public hearing open. <br />City Clerk Barrera announced that the affidavit of publication was on file in the City <br />Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. <br />ITEM TO BE CONTINUED TO THE SEPTEMBER 5, 2006 REGULAR MEETING <br />nQnlninnir i= - <br />Second Readings: <br />Title 18 <br />Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of an Ordinance of the City of Colton Amending <br />Sections 18.52.010 and 18.58.30 of Title 18 of the Colton Municipal Code Authorizing the <br />Director of Public Works to Determine and File all related Documents for the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Status of Public Works Projects, ORDINANCE NO. 0-12-06. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/Suchil to waive full reading and pass second reading of <br />Ordinance No. 0-12-06. Unanimous vote. <br />Special Events <br />Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of an Ordinance Amending Section 5.44 of the <br />Colton Municipal Code pertaining to Special Events, ORDINANCE NO. 0-13-06. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/Suchil to waive full reading and pass second reading of <br />Ordinance No. 0-13-06.
