installation of three (3) new traffic signals along Rancho Avenue at Laurel Street, Citrus Street, <br />and Johnston Street intersections. <br />New West Signal completed the project satisfactorily in the total amount of $452,923. The <br />contract was awarded in the amount of $469,999 and due to changes listed on attached Change <br />Order No. 1 (Exhibit A), the project resulted in a savings of $17,075.08.
