The location and custodian of documents and any other <br />material which constitute the record of proceedings upon which the City Council based its <br />decision is as follows: David R. Zamora, City of Colton Community Development <br />Department, 659 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA 92324, (909) 370-5079. <br />SECTION 6. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty <br />(30) days after its adoption in accordance with the provisions of California law. <br />SECTION 7: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and <br />cause the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption <br />in a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this 6th day of September, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
