CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF October 3, 2006 <br />TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: Tom Hendrix, Fire Chief <br />SUBJECT: Approve Acceptance of a $300.00 Donation to the Fire <br />Department from the Fraternal Order of Eagles, San <br />Bernardino AERIE NO. 506 and Consider a Resolution <br />Amending the Budget for the Fiscal Year Commencing on <br />July 1, 2006 and Ending on June 30, 2007 <br />DATE: <br />October 3, 2006 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On September 11, 2006 the Fire Department received a $300.00 donation from the <br />Fraternal Order of Eagles San Bernardino AERIE NO. 506 for firefighting equipment. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />The Fire Department will use this donation to purchase miscellaneous firefighting <br />equipment. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Acceptance of this donation requires an amendment to the 2006-2007 budget.
