R-135-06 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDINDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON JULY 15 <br />2006 AND ENDING ON JUNE 300, 2007 <br />WHEREAS: The budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year <br />commencing on July 1, 2006 and ending on June 30, 2007 was approved and <br />adopted on June 20, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) <br />to the Budget shall be approved by Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has necessary to make an amendment to the 2006/2007 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, increasing allocations in the Fire Department's Account <br />Number 100-6090-6091-2301 in the amount of $300.00. Revenue in Account <br />Number 100-5880 will be increased in the amount of $300.00. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and <br />incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd DAY OF October, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
