All other contract provisions remain the same and in <br />effect; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approves Colton Police Civilian Employees Association Side <br />letter #3 between the City and with the Colton Police Civilian Employees Association (CPCEA): <br />In May 2025, association classifications will receive 1) Animal Services Officer — 22.87% <br />increase, 2) Code Compliance Officer — 11.04% increase, 3) Community Service Officer — <br />24.06% increase, 4) Lead Code Compliance Officer — 15.49% increase, 5) Police Services Clerk I <br />— 16.43% increase, and 6) Police Services Clerk II 26.35% increase. All other contract <br />provisions remain the same and in effect. See Side Letter #3, attachment Three "3",. All other <br />contract provisions remain the same and in effect; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approves IBEW Water/Wastewater Side letter #3 between the <br />City and the IBEW Water/Wastewater Unit: In May 2025, association classifications will receive <br />1) Collection System Maintenance Technician I — 5.02% increase, 2) Public Works & Utility <br />Inspector. - .74% increase, 3) Senior Water Distribution Operator — 7.84% o increase, 4) Senior <br />Water Production Operator — 12.13% increase, 5) Wastewater Treatment Plant Mechanic I — <br />8.81 %q increase, 6) Water Distribution Foreperson — 3% increase, 6) Water Distribution Operator <br />I --- 9.28% increase, 7) Water Distribution Operator II — 11.98% increase, 8) Water Production <br />Operator I — 20.51 % increase, 9) Water Production Operator II — 19.73% increase, 10) Water <br />Production Operator III — 22.19% increase. See Side Letter #3, attachment Four "4",. All other <br />contract provisions remain the same and in effect; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton <br />does hereby resolve as follows: <br />SECTION 1. City Council hereby adopts the changes to the terms and conditions of <br />employment for those mentioned above four (4) Colton Employee Associations, effective in May <br />Resolution No. R 21-25 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
