This land use entitlement shall become null and void if not exercised within <br />one (1) year of this approval and the applicant has not been granted an extension of time by the <br />Planning Commission, pursuant to Section 18.58.070 of the Colton Municipal Code unless <br />addressed and superseded by a separate Development Agreement adopted by the City Council. <br />SECTION 10. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 11.
