Based upon the findings set forth in Sections 3 and 8 of this Resolution, the <br />City Council hereby approves Tentative Parcel Map No. 20358 to allow the consolidation of 11 <br />parcels into two parcels measuring 35 net acres for Parcel 1, Building 1 and 24 net acres for Parcel <br />2, Building 2 on property measuring approximately 59 net acres in an area located in the M-2 <br />(Heavy Industrial) Zone (DAP-001-816), subject to the attached conditions of approval (Exhibit <br />"A-2"). <br />SECTION 10. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 11.
