Closed Session <br />City Attorney, Carlos Campos, announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss Item 1. <br />1) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(1) <br />Ecology Recycling Services, LLC v. Southern California Edison, City of Colton, et al, <br />San Bernardino County Superior Court, Case No.CIVSB2304149 <br />City Attorney Oral Report on Closed Session Actions <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council met in Closed Session and discussed <br />Closed Session Item 1; directions were given, but there was no reportable action. <br />Open Session <br />.�"•„ <br />Open Session Called to Order <br />Mayor Frank J. Navarro called Open Session to order at 6:00 P.M. <br />Invocation <br />Pastor Eric Strutz - The Door Church <br />Flag Salute <br />Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) - Bernie Moyeda <br />Roll Call <br />Council members present were David J. Toro, Kelly J. Chastain, Luis S. Gonzalez, John Echevarria, <br />and Mayor Frank J. Navarro. <br />City Clerk Isaac T. Suchil was absent and excused and City Treasurer Henry M. Razo was absent. <br />Staff present were William R. Smith, City Manager, Carlos Campos, City Attorney, and Stephanie <br />M. Vargas, Chief Deputy City Clerk. <br />
