That condition #10 provides that all South Coast Air Quality Management District <br />(AQMD) requirements must be met. I am informed and believe that those conditions have not <br />been met. <br />14. Condition #12 provides that a contact person must be available 24 hours per day to <br />address fugitive dust, noise impacts or odor concerns. In fact, no such contact information has <br />been provided to the City. <br />15. Condition #13 provides that no greenwaste storage piles shall exceed 20 feet in height. In <br />fact, piles exist on the property that are over 20 feet in height. <br />16. Condition #14 provides that all buildings existing or proposed to be located on the <br />property shall comply with the design standards of the city prior to issuance of an occupancy <br />permit. In fact, the buildings do not meet standards, and Aguinaga continues to occupy those <br />buildings although compliance has not occurred. <br />17. Condition #15 has not been complied with in that Aguinaga was to have entered into an <br />Agreement for the payment of a Street Pavement Degradation Fee, but no such agreement has <br />been entered into by Aguinaga. <br />Signs <br />18. Condition #1 provides that all signs must be reviewed and approved by me. Aguinaga <br />has not submitted any signs for my review and I have not approved of any.
