The Recitals set forth above are true and correct and are incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />Section 2. Based on the entire record before the City Council, all written and oral evidence <br />presented, the City Council of the City of Colton upholds the Planning Commission's decision <br />upholding the Community Development Department's denial of a BOP to establish a truck <br />maintenance facility on property located at 2001 West Key Street, Colton due to its conflict with the <br />La Loma Hills/Pellisier Ranch Area Moratorium. <br />Section 3. City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. <br />Section 4.
