CONFLICT OF INTEREST:
None
FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT:
No negative impact will result due to Council action on this item. However, the City of Colton
Public Works Department would waive permit fees totaling approximately $16,000; the
improvements provided to this intersection as a result of this Project have been estimated at
$6,000,000.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends Council authorize waiving the required permit fees for the Valley & Pepper
realignment project, for which the County of San Bernardino is the lead agency.
Attachments:
Exhibit A — Project Site
Thomas 1.
