It will only be renumbered. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />The Council may deny or amend the Zone Text Amendment and/or refer the proposed Zone Text <br />Amendment to the Planning Commission for modifications or revisions. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The Zone Text Amendment will have a negligible foreseeable fiscal impact on the City. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed Zone Text Amendment is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act <br />pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) as this project is covered by the general rule <br />that there is no possibility that it can have a significant effect on the environment. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST: <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the Council: <br />Conduct a public hearing on the Zone Text Amendment; <br />After closing the public hearing and deliberating, waive further reading, read by title only and <br />introduce an Ordinance to Amend Title 18 of the City of Colton Municipal Code to clarify and <br />update existing Code sections relating to front setback requirements for parking facilities; parking <br />requirements for warehouse, storage and miniwarehouse buildings; side and rear setback <br />requirements for properties located in commercial and industrial zones; the procedure for approval <br />of telecommunication and antenna towers; and expiration, revocation and appeals of land use <br />applications. <br />Attachment: Zone Text Amendment Ordinance <br />REVIEW TEAM ONLY <br />City Attorney: <br />City Manager: <br />Finance Director: o. 0 -0 ('W -J l <br />OTHER: <br />
