SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS <br />EXISTING TEXT <br />For manufacturing, industrial warehouse and storage buildings, one space shall be <br />provided for every five hundred square feet of gross floor area. <br />PROPOSED TEXT CHANGE <br />Edit existing category: <br />For manufacturing and industrial, one space shall be provided for every five hundred <br />square feet of gross floor area. <br />Add a separate parking ratio category: <br />For warehouse and storage buildings, one space shall be provided for every one thousand <br />square feet of gross floor area. <br />Add a separate parking ratio category: <br />For miniwarehouses, one space shall be provided for every three thousand and five <br />hundred square feet of gross floor area. <br />
