Each lot shall have a side setback of fifteen feet from a street. There shall be no side <br />setback required for interior lots adjacent to other commercial or industrial lots. In the case <br />where the side of a lot abuts a residential lot or zone, the minimum side setback shall be <br />fifteen feet, with a masonry wall separation between the two uses. <br />B. Each lot shall have a rear setback of ten feet from a street. There shall be no rear <br />setback required for interior lots adjacent to other commercial or industrial lots.
