4.02 Termination With or Without Cause. Either parry may terminate this <br />Agreement with or without cause with such termination to be effective <br />following sixty (60) days written notice to the other party. <br />4.03 Termination for Cause. Either parry may also terminate this Agreement <br />for cause upon the breach of this Agreement by the other party by giving <br />the breaching party written notice of such breach, specifying the nature of <br />the breach. If such party fails to cure the breach within twenty (20) days <br />from the receipt of such notice, this Agreement shall terminate. <br />ARTICLE V <br />GENERAL PROVISION <br />5.01 Notices. Every notice, demand, request, consent, approval, or other <br />communication (herein without distinction sometimes referred to as <br />"notice") which either of the parties hereto are respectively required or <br />desire to give or make or communicate to the other shall be in writing and <br />shall be given or made or communicated by personal delivery of same or <br />by registered or certified mail, first class postage and fees prepaid, return <br />receipt requested, as follows: <br />Agency: Colton Fire Department <br />Fire Chief <br />303 East "E" Street <br />Colton, CA 92324 <br />Contractor: Loma Linda University Medical Center <br />Center for Prehospital Care, Education & Research <br />11155 Mountain View Avenue, Suite 220 <br />Loma Linda, CA 92354-3873 <br />Attn: Manager <br />Counsel for Contractor: Kent Hansen <br />CLAYSON, MANN, YAEGER & HANSEN <br />601 S. Main Street <br />Corona, CA 92882-3418 <br />or at such other addresses as any party to this Agreement may designate from <br />time to time by notice given as provided in this Section 5.01. All notices so sent <br />shall be deemed to have been delivered, effective, made or communicated, as <br />the case may be, at the time the notice is personally delivered or deposited, <br />properly addressed, postage and fees prepaid, return receipt requested, in the <br />United States Mail. <br />5.02 Entire Agreement.
