4.02 Termination With or Without Cause. Either parry may terminate this Agreement with or without cause with such termination to be effective following sixty (60) days written notice to the other party. 4.03 Termination for Cause. Either parry may also terminate this Agreement for cause upon the breach of this Agreement by the other party by giving the breaching party written notice of such breach, specifying the nature of the breach. If such party fails to cure the breach within twenty (20) days from the receipt of such notice, this Agreement shall terminate. ARTICLE V GENERAL PROVISION 5.01 Notices.
