RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council: <br />1. Authorize the award of contract for No Streets Left Behind Project to All American <br />Asphalt, Inc as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the amount of $ 1,891,135. <br />2.
