The Five Year Capital Projects Needs Analysis along with the corresponding costs anticipated <br />over the five year period is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". The projects identified in Exhibit "A" are <br />consistent with the City's Capital Improvement Plan. <br />FINANCIAUFISCAL IMPACT: <br />A positive financial impact is associated with the adoption of the Five Year Capital Projects Needs <br />Analysis for the Measure 1 2010-2040 Valley Major Streets and Valley Interchange Programs as <br />adoption ensures the City will receive its share of the Measure I funds over the next five years. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />Approval of the inclusion of the aforementioned projects in the attached CPNA will not have an <br />environmental impact.
