Authorize award of the Bio -Solids Hauling and Disposal Services to the lowest <br />responsive/responsible bidder, Solid Solutions, LLC, in a not -to -exceed amount of <br />$371,200 per year; <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to complete negotiations and execute the agreement upon <br />Risk Manager and City Attorney's approval; and <br />3.
