To effectuate this purpose, COLTON agrees to provide LOMA LINDA with keys, copies of response maps, any applicable procedural manuals, and any applicable emergency response plans. 3.4 Consideration. LOMA LINDA shall compensate COLTON for services rendered on a regular basis at the rate of FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS ($4,727.00) per month. 3.5 Billing and PpMent. LOMA LINDA will issue a purchase order on an annual basis, or other period as specified herein, and make a one-time payment to COLTON for the amount of the purchase order upon receipt of an invoice submitted by COLTON.
