COLTON will further provide weekday evening/night coverage after regular business hours -1730 (5:30 p.m.) to 0700 (7:00 a.m.) on the following morning—five (5) nights per week for two (2) weeks per month. Additional coverage times will be provided by COLTON to LOMA LINDA on an occasional basis, as requested by LOMA LINDA for situations including, but not limited to, out -of -area meetings, vacations, and extended illnesses. 3.2.2 LOMA LINDA. LOMA LINDA will provide chief -level coverage to COLTON on an occasional basis as requested by COLTON. 3.3 Duties and Autho�ty. Any time coverage is provided by the PARTIES to the other city under this agreement, the PARTIES agree to the following with respect to the duties and authority of the provided coverage: 3.3.1 LOMA LINDA. While acting as a LOMA LINDA BC, a COLTON BC shall have full authority to command and control LOMA LINDA emergency scenes and personnel in the same capacity as a LOMA LINDA chief -level officer. This authority shall extend to and include requesting additional alarms, personnel, apparatus, and/or equipment as deemed necessary to control the incident. To effectuate this purpose, LOMA LINDA agrees to provide COLTON with keys, copies of response maps, any applicable procedural manuals, and any applicable emergency response plans. 3.3.2 COLTON. while acting as a COLTON chief -level officer, the LOMA LINDA chief -level officer shall have fully authority to command and control COLTON emergency scenes and personnel in the same capacity as a COLTON chief -level officer.
