Guidelines (Replacement & Reconstruction) as the project provides for replacement and <br />reconstruction of electrical lines; and <br />WHEREAS, the HOA Board approved the Agreement on February 21, 2008. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED <br />BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Incorporation of Recitals. The recitals preceding this Resolution <br />are true and correct and are incorporated into this Resolution by this reference. <br />Section 2. Approval of Agreement. The Agency governing board hereby <br />approves the Agreement, including all exhibits attached to the Agreement, in substantially the <br />form attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A. <br />Section 3. Authority of Executive Director. The Agency governing board <br />hereby authorizes and directs the Executive Director of the Agency (with the concurrence of <br />Agency Counsel) to execute and deliver the Agreement on behalf of the Agency and any <br />documents and instruments as may be necessary or convenient in the furtherance of the Agency's <br />performance or receipt of benefits under the Agreement. <br />Section 4. CSA Comnpliance. The Agency governing board hereby <br />authorizes and directs the Agency Secretary to file a Notice of Exemption for the Agency, as <br />lead agency under CEQA, consistent with the recitals preceding this Resolution, within five (5) <br />days following the date of adoption of this Resolution. <br />Section 5.
