area is owned by the Santa Fe Railroad. DWR has received approval from Santa Fe Railroad for <br />the above noted work to progress. DWR's request of the city in authorizing the issuance of an <br />encroachment permit would allow them the ability to have ongoing construction work for twenty <br />four (24) hours a day, for thirty two (32) consecutive days; the needed work will begin no sooner <br />than November 1, 2008 and end no later than January 15, 2009.
