(HFI) at (714) 665-4501 for final execution. We will return a copy of the fully executed <br />authorization to you for your files. <br />We are submitting this ASA as a result of a request by the City to: l) prepare an alternative land use plan <br />for the EIR that realigns Valley Boulevard and provides a larger usable site for shopping center between <br />Valley Boulevard and the l -10 freeway, 2) provides an alternative land use plan for the Specific Plan to <br />relocate the Elementary School Site, 3) provides a financial pro -forma for the overall development, 4) to <br />provide a Legal Description of the Specific Plan area and the proposed school site as defined in the <br />"Colton Super Block Land Use Plan" prepared by JHA Consulting (JHA), 5) and to review the off-site and <br />on-site drainage master plans. <br />Please review the attached ASA and feel free to contact the undersigned at (714) 665-4532 or via email at <br />nnichols@hfine.com if you have any questions.
