Chapter 13.04 of the Colton Municipal Code Is <br />hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows: <br />"COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 13.04 - EXHIBIT W <br />Water Service Charges <br />The Water Rates shall be amended to include those charges for <br />water use as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached herewith. Exhibit "B" has <br />been included to provide a comprehensive schedule of water rates. <br />SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and cause same or a summary thereof to be published within <br />fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation, <br />printed and published in Colton, California and the Ordinance shall take <br />effect thirty days after its date of adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED thisday of � 998. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA BAR ERA <br />City Clerk <br />
