Method of Award — The City will use the following criteria in determining the lowest responsive and <br />responsible vendor. <br />a. Lowest overall cost. <br />b. Adherence to specifications as detailed in this RFB. <br />c. Prompt payment discounts on 20 days or more. <br />d. Warranties. <br />2. General Terms <br />a. This RFB does not commit or obligation the City of Colton to purchase any specified amount of vehicles. <br />b. All vehicles shall have exempt license plates. <br />c. The City desires the option to purchase additional quantities of the requested item(s). State if you will <br />accept orders for additional quantities at the same prices, terms, and conditions, providing that the city <br />exercises the option before June 30, 2009. If option is not granted, state length of time prices are good and <br />additional orders acceptable in the comment section of your online bid response. <br />5of10 <br />
